Mimic Yourself Workshop

Do you want to explore new possibilities of performance through digital technologies? Join us for this experimental workshop and open exchange. The international experts Matt Romein and Jean-François Jégo will present their artistic projects, research tools and explore new ideas with the participants.
We will experiment with FaceRig Studio (camera-based facial performance of avatars), Perception Neuron (geo-spatial, non-camera-based mo-cap system) the Optitrack and other motion capture systems at the InnovationLab.
The workshop is open to students, researchers and alumni of all departments at ZHdK & members of the InnovationLab. Please send us your contact information and affiliation/connection to conference.ipf@zhdk.ch by 22 May to participate in the workshop (limited number of places available).
This Workshop is part of the SNF research project „Actor and Avatar“ by IPF, ITH and Schweizerisches Epilepsie-Zentrum (Klinik Lengg AG).
